Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes VAT, and your receipts show the VAT each amount contains.
What happens if a payment is late?
You keep full access for 7 days after the due date, then 3 days of read-only access, and then the campaign is paused until you pay. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is paused in the days around polling day.
Can I pay for several months at once?
Yes. Paying 3, 6 or 12 months ahead costs less per month: 5%, 10% or 20% off. It also protects your campaign over polling day.
What if my team grows?
Add staff seats, field packs of 100 people or AI credits whenever you need them. You are never cut off for being over a limit; new invitations wait until you add room.
Are polling agents counted as seats?
No. Polling agents are included for every station you track, so you never have to choose between paying and covering a station.
